Grrrr, COPS

Ok, nothing personally against police officers. I know a few, they are good people, BUT it seems every time I follow one when driving they completely disregard the law by not using turn signals, speeding, not stopping completely...etc. How are we supposed to conform to the laws and be good abiding citizens if the folks that are hired to uphold those same laws can't follow em themselves? This past weekend I followed an officer for a few miles through the city and he never once used his turn signal, ran a constant 5-10mph more than the speed limit, and rolled through stop signs like my grandpa ("because nobody else stops"), and this car had a brake light out. I wish us 'normal' citizens had the ability to pull over officers and write them citations for this stuff. I could waste an entire weekend doing so!
